1. Agreement to Terms

4. Affiliate Relationships

TradeScope participates in affiliate programs and earns commissions when you click on certain links and sign up for trading platforms. This is disclosed in accordance with FTC 16 CFR Part 255.

Our editorial independence:

  • We do not accept payment to write reviews or influence ratings.
  • Affiliate commissions do not affect our editorial decisions.
  • Our ratings are based on fees, execution quality, platform features, and regulatory compliance—not commission rates.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site contains links to third-party websites (trading platforms, brokers, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
